Refund Policy
Full refund available within 30 days of joining. After 30 days, investment is non-refundable but fully transferable (you can sell your Founders spot to another enthusiast). Kit production timeline estimated at 4-6 months from funding milestone achievement.

When will my kit ship?
Estimated 4-6 months from funding milestone achievement. Founders Club members receive priority production scheduling and monthly progress updates.
Can I choose my serial number?
Serial numbers are assigned in order of Founders Club enrollment. First member gets #001, second gets #002, etc. You'll be notified within 24 hours of payment.
What if I sell my Dart before kit production?
Your membership is transferable. You can transfer to your new Tigershark vehicle, sell your Founders spot, or use your credit on any PFTheory products.
Is this a security/equity investment?
No. Founders Club is a prepayment program with premium benefits. You're purchasing a product plus exclusive perks. No equity or profit-sharing.
What platforms are supported?
Version 2.0 kits support: 2013+ Dodge Dart, 2015+ Chrysler 200, 2015+ Jeep Renegade. All Tigershark engines (1.4T, 2.0L, 2.4L).
